REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at TANKS FOR THE MEMORIES APPAREL.  Because all of our items are custom-printed specifically for you at the time of your order, we have a specialized return policy to ensure efficiency and quality.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, we will happily provide a free replacement or a full refund.

• Timeframe: Issues must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Required Proof: To initiate a claim, please email us at tanksforthememoriesapparel@gmail.com with:

1. Your Order Number.

2. A clear photograph showing the specific issue (e.g., the hole in the garment or the blurry print).

• Resolution: Once the error is verified, we will send a replacement at no cost to you. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

2. No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse

As a Print-on-Demand (POD) business, each product is unique and produced only once ordered. Therefore, we do not support returns or exchanges if:

• You ordered the wrong size.

• You ordered the wrong color.

• You changed your mind about the purchase.

3. Shipping & Delivery Issues

• Incorrect Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print partner's facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

• Unclaimed Packages: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our print partner and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

• Lost in Transit: If a package is lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will work with the print provider to investigate and provide a replacement if the loss is confirmed.
