1. Print on Demand Nature of Service
Our products are made-to-order through third-party "Print on Demand" (POD) services (e.g., Printify).
* Production: Because products are created only after an order is placed, production times may vary.
* Unique Variations: You acknowledge that slight variations in color, placement, and texture are normal for POD products and do not constitute a defect.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We utilize third-party carriers to fulfill and ship orders.
* Liability: TANKS FOR THE MEMORIES APPAREL is not liable for any delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the shipping carrier or the POD provider.
* Address Accuracy: It is your responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
3. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Since products are customized and printed on demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for "buyer's remorse" or incorrect size selection.
* Damaged/Defective Items: If a product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, you must contact us at tanksforthememoriesapparel@gmail.com within [e.g., 14 days] of delivery with photo evidence.
* Cancellations: Orders enter production shortly after being placed. Cancellations are only possible if the production process has not yet started.
4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (like Shopify apps) or links to third-party websites. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind.
